Rupeek - Associate Program Manager - IIT/NIT/BITS

Responsibilities :

- Prioritization, Planning and detailing out initiatives

- Tracking, coordination and reporting of initiatives

- Resolve escalations from the central teams

- Travel and meet central teams of lenders + regional teams on a case-by-case basis

Skills:

- Demonstration - Priority and execution in a multi-threaded setting involving cross-functional setting

Other skills:

- Basic understanding of technology

- Good articulation and communication

- Diligence and discipline for follow-ups

Experience & Qualification:

- 1-4 years of experience in a fast paced startup

- Engineering Degree from any Tier 1 Tech Campus
