Role: - Lead the Process Quality vertical for Rupeek Sales & Ops teams and responsible for setting up and managing a team of process auditors across various locations. - Understand complex processes, analyze, plan and implement process improvement needs. - Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, Create a strong metric measurement which is representative of process performance. - Oversees the development of quality service delivery for assuring high-quality services that meet customer needs. - Develops, implements and leads key process improvement efforts and influences cross-functional efforts. - To develop and implement a metric based process to review performance across all processes. - Provides coaching and mentoring to ensure effective completion of improvement projects and promote quality culture. - To conduct action workouts and permeate the knowledge of lean tools in the organization. - Execute and lead key projects delivering tangible results for the business, also aligning team members on key organizational priorities. Skills: - Strong leadership skills, interact with and influence multiple stakeholders, managing large teams across locations. - Goal-driven, target-oriented, able to step back and look at the bigger picture, also need to manage ambiguity with their sleeves rolled up and possess a preparedness to get involved. - Strong analytical skills, ability to work with unstructured data. thorough understanding of Descriptive, predictive & prescriptive statistics Experience: - 10+ years of relevant work experience, 3+ Years in managing the Quality function - Six Sigma Black Belt Certified, Familiarity with statistical tools and techniques - High level of adaptability, flexibility and effectiveness in handling multiple priorities simultaneously - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - PMP certification will be an added advantage
