Website: www.rupeek.com Linked In : https://www.linkedin.com/company/rupeek/ About the Role: Associate Director Media - To build a media strategy to support the overall brand strategy and lead the planning, execution, and measurement of media plans, media deals, sponsorships, and partner relationships to drive the best-in-industry cost efficiencies and build Rupeek as the most loved brand in the financial services space - Have a deep understanding of the entire ATL &amp; BTL ecosystem in India and leverage that in driving Rupeek's brand strategy - Build Relationships with key publishers to build brand preference, long-term deals and deep discounting - Manage the media agency for planning, buying and evaluation of media plans as well as the QOP and AOP's - Manage the effectiveness measurement of campaigns to build a media playbook for blitz scaling Skill : - In-depth understanding of media channels and landscape to make data-driven yet practical media plans to drive business results - ROI orientation and grasp on numbers and analytics - Multitasker &amp; cross functional in nature. Can helm multiple projects at any given time - Relationship building with multiple partners to positively influence outcomes for Rupeek - At least 5+ years at/across top-level agencies with a mix of mainline and digital followed by at least a 4 year stint(s) at a startup or a high velocity/growth organization
