Role: Assistant Manager - Marketing  We are seeking a talented and self-directed individual to handle PR & activation initiatives for RUOSH.   RUOSH is a leading premium footwear brand headquartered in Bangalore. With 21 company owned stores across 6 cities, RUOSH has also expanded its presence through key accounts channel. Parent company Sara Suole Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer and exporter of shoes and soles to the international market since 2001.   Roles & Responsibilities:   - Develop and execute national PR & activation plans leading to enhanced brand awareness and fulfillment of business objectives.   - Create the PR & activations calendar - devise and execute monthly and quarterly plans across offline & online media.  - Lead day to day activities like writing PR releases, coordinate for PR shoots, digital content creation, product placements, monitoring brand coverage in media etc.   - Act as an interface with the respective agencies to ensure implementation of the planned activities.  - Conceptualize brand promotions, collaborations & tie-ups with constant focus on new customer acquisition.   - Constantly evaluate brand promotion avenues with national/ local interest groups, clubs, corporates and relevant lifestyle brands.  - Manage marketing related MIS and handle budgeting for respective marketing activities.   Basic Qualifications:  - Work experience of 3-4 years in marketing with an exposure in handling PR, brand activations.   - ATL/ BTL experience is must.   - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.   - Ready to travel to various cities to initiate city specific marketing activities.   Preferred Qualifications:  - Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize.   - Self-starter with an ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.   - Willing to stretch and possess entrepreneurial attitude.   - Strong team player.  Note: Please apply only if you have similar experience as detailed above.
