The main role of Business Development Manager is to convert the strategies of the management into implementable actions and implement the strategies, working well within targets  Roles and Responsibilities:  - Locates and identifies potential business opportunities by doing market research.  - Responsible for planning and meeting targets with respect to generation of targets, setting up appointments, number of cold calls and email marketing campaigns. Manages team to:  a) Generation of target contacts in industries specified by the Business Development Manager.  b) Maintaining the CRM processes to reach out to the targets and follow-up on the sales cycle.  c) Manage team for various sales campaigns with targets.  - Able to manage the digital marketing team by converting the marketing strategies into implementable actions. Responsible for achieving target marketing campaign effectiveness.  - Able to generate content for Digital Marketing campaigns.  - Makes cold calls, if necessary to meet the targets set by the management.  Requirements:  - At least 1.5 year experience in Sales execution in IT service/Product companies in the geography of APAC.  - Reasonable exposure to at least two of the four industries - Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Energy. Is able to articulate the relevance of business intelligence and Analytics for these industries.  - Able to show her/his achievement in previous role  - Any graduate. MBA in Marketing preferred.  - Executed/Exposed to execution of Digital Marketing campaigns (Linked in, Twitter)  - Experienced in Market Research.  - Fluent written and Oral Communication skills.
