Executive- Talent Acquisition
- Will be involved in full life cycle of recruitment (screening to closure)
- To actively identify, engage and do follow ups with candidates to ensure that right talent is hired for the right role
- Responsible for maintaining candidate database and filling the requirements as per the deadlines
- Coordinating with the internal stake holders to ensure smooth completion of the entire recruitment process
- Drafting emails and other required documents, to be shared with the candidates and doing constant follow-ups with them
- Creating job descriptions if required
Required candidate profile :
- Proven work experience with 2-4 years as a Technical Recruiter in IT domain
- Must be capable of maintaining a high level of productivity in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of various job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening)
- Proven experience in pay negotiation
- Strong networking & relationship building capabilities.
