PLEASE APPLY HERE, NO EMAILS WILL BE ENTERTAINED.  Job Roles:  - Advise on raising private Equity for Companies  - Advise on Merger and Acquisition of companies  - Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyse the impacts of different capital structures and potential M&A transactions  - Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance  - Perform valuation analyses using various methodologies including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, trading comparables and transaction comparable  - Participate in all stages of transaction executions, from the pitch phase through to closing  - Coordinate efforts with other deal team members and partners  - Take part in due-diligence, strategic monitoring and other financial diligence activities  - Take part in understanding and implementing CFO advisory services of the firm including MIS implementation, SOP preparation, project evaluation, business plan preparation, etc  Salary range - 3-6 LPA
