COO for Business Incubator

We are the financial advisors of a business incubator focused on the IoT market in India and US. It is preliminarily working with companies in the connected car space providing a bucked of services and expertise to help them grow and scale up

We are looking for a COO for the incubator's upcoming site in Pune for multiple responsibilities as mentioned below

Key Responsibilities :

- Work alongside chairman and managing director to define business strategy and long term operational plan

- Be the face of the CC Incubator and interact with incubated companies, mentors and experts

- Operational management including successful implementation of the incubation program for incubated companies

- Liaison with our panel of experts and advisors to arrange conferences, meetups and mentorship guidance for the incubated companies

- Co-ordinate with PR and other agencies and organize events, meetups and discussion forums for the subject matter in our domain

- Channelize deal flow and pass it on to the evaluation analyst and help them in preparation of investment note for the IC committee

- Organize Investment committee meetings every month.

Ideal Candidate should be/have :

- 3 - 4 years experienced in project management, business development and operations management at an organization

- Experience in having similar role in an incubator or fund would be an added advantage

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts

- Proven track record of driving new initiatives and cross team collaboration

- An entrepreneurial mindset and penchant for working with startups for their growth plans

Location and Compensation :

- The position is based in Pune but may involve travel from time to time

- Compensation will be as per industry standards with incentive / equity opportunities
