RTS Logistics - General Manager - Customer Engagement

RTS is a leading third-party logistics company based out of Chennai with around 500 people strength. We service several blue-chip companies as an integrated logistics partner.

- This role is an external customer facing role where there will be daily interaction with various customers including senior management across projects.

- The person in this role will manage customer deliverables and ensure smooth functioning of the projects.

- Maintaining composure during crisis situations and resolution to issues or customer requests as they arise is an important part of the responsibility.

- Resolution of issues will be handled by the internal operations team.

- Building relationships with customers from line level to senior management is key.

- Project P&L as well as new project set-up are two medium-stretch goals

- The person for this role will require to have strong analytical skills, strong writing skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.

- This role will entail travel to various sites that are located across TN as well as several parts of the country. 25% of travel will probably be required.

- Functional Tamil and Hindi will be very useful
