MBA from reputed institutes shall be preferred.  Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing with exposure in rural distributor & business development  - Track record of delivery of sales targets and performance   - Ability to work effectively with functional support teams to achieve aligned positions.   - Ability to manage and deliver projects within the desired timelines/cost/resources   - Channel offer and development with excellence in execution track record   - Experience in channel management in Rural with distributor/Sub distributor model   - Experience in customer value proposition deployment for an segment/channel   Purpose of Role:  - The incumbent will be responsible to Improve and deliver customer experience measured through customer heartbeat survey by standardising basic customer offer for distributor customers and Ways of working of distributor staff and Key account executives IWS & Rural.  - Rural strategy is integral part of WILG. Role holder will be responsible for developing; reviewing and implementing of Rural Strategy that will include define and monitor performance KPI for the channel.  - The incumbent will improve sales effectiveness & customer experience by reviewing & defining KPI's of sales team.  - The role plays a key role in Implementation of network expansion plan. Visibility & activation for demand generation among channel & influencers in market in close coordination with Sales and Marketing teams. The Incumbent will also play an influential role in defining the processes and sales operations for rural business.  - In addition, this role acts as an important link between Sales and other functions including Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations & Supply chain.  Key Accountabilities:   - Custodian of India Rural Business plan and expansion strategy   - Plan, Roll out and evaluate of all Rural demand generation initiatives for rural business growth in line of SMP aspiration.   - Improve customer heart beat score by influencing customer experience in B2C by standardising process and WOW.   - Refine and execute wow (ways of working) and SIP for all Key Account Executives and other Distributor Employees.   - Plan, evaluate and deploy SSR resources which is best suited to business strategic need.   - Lead PDA and wow genie for sales excellence.   - Vendor appointment & management in delivering collaterals, signage's & wall paintings for CSD.
