RSPL Group - SAP PM/SAP PO Consultant

SAP PM Key Responsibilities:

- Understanding & analysis customer business process and mapping AS-IS/To-Be process.

- Identification RICEF & Resolving the gaps.

- Preparation of functional specification for development activities and post Go-Live in PM module

- Configuring the System as per To-Be Docs.

- Preparing of Module level Plan.

- Preparing of Unit testing, SIT, UAT Plan and their scripts.

- Conducting and monitoring unit test, Integration testing, UAT and resolving the issues.

- Preparation of End User Document Plan and Document as well.

- Identification of Roles & Authorization Matrix, developing, and testing.

- Data migration: Finalizing master data templates and creating LSMW- S or other migration program.

- Preparation of Cutover Strategy.

- Cleansing of master data and upload in SAP System

- Post Go Live support (Issue resolution through solution manager).

- Unit testing, Integration test and User Acceptance testing.

- Data Migration Activity.
