RSM - Senior Manager/AGM - Financial Process Outsourcing Controller - CA

Requisites:

- CA with 5+ years post qualification

- Knowledge of Accounting & Auditing Standards, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, Overall knowledge of all Commercial Laws.

- Knowledge of I-GAAP/ US-GAAP - As per Client's requirements.

- Software requirement - ERP, SAP / Oracle, In house soft -wares (TDS,VAT,ROC related) as per Client's requirements.

- MS office Skills (Excel - vlookup, pivot tables, macros & hyperlink, Word - mail merge).

Responsibilities:

- To manage with a team of 9 people the accounting, statutory compliances and finance of multiple companies of the same group

- Review of accounting of all the group entities

- Review of all statutory and regulatory compliances

- SEZ reporting and compliance

- GST filings, refunds and assessments ( With help of consultants )

- Validation of Invoices for payments and sales invoices

- Monthly Reporting to the management Balance sheet and P&L, and other required reports.

- Forward Exchange Contract Booking for hedging the exchange risk fluctuations

- Coordinating with the Credit Rating Agencies

- Working Capital Management with Cash Forecast review on periodical basis

- Overview of Payroll Accounting and related statutory compliances Strengthening of internal controls in all accounting processes.
