RSM (institutional sales) - West - India

Position Brief - The Company is looking for aggressive and dynamic RSM in bangalore, with min 8-10 yrs of experience in electrical/lighting/cable/switchgear/luminaries industries etc. The incumbent should be a hard core sales person with excellent business acumen. He should be very assertive and a team player.

Locations: Mumbai

qualifications req: graduate/post graduate.

Experience req: The incumbent should have min 8-10 yrs of experience in similar functions.

Soft Skills req: The incumbent should be result oriented. Should have excellent communication & negotiation skills. Should have good analytical thinking

Responsibilities would include:

1) achieving sales and collection targets for the allotted region

2) preparation of sales forecast and implementation of sales plans

3) identifying institutional clients and monitoring the sales

4) preparation of periodic sales reports

5) collect market intelligence

6) Should have good contacts/worked in Govt./PSUs/Railways/Defence deptts. etc.

7) good knowledge of filling tenders, negotiating rates with institutions such as canteens, CSD etc
