RSM India - Officer/Senior Officer/Assistant Manager - Internal Audit - CA

- Perform internal audit including risk management and control management over operation effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.

- Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.

- Prepare and present reports that reflect audits results and document process.

- Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.

- Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum.

- Conduct follow up audits to monitor managements interventions.

- Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements.

- Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees.

- Preparation/ finalization of Audit conclusion & reporting.

- Ensure closure of audit issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualified CA and CA Intern.

Minimum of 1 year post qualification experience.

Minimum of 1 year experience in internal audit, SA & Direct Tax.

Minimum of 1 year experience in internal audit of Companies or in CA firm

Preferred Experience

Proven working experience in Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and Direct Tax.

Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.

Ability to analyze large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports.

Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.

Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills.
