Position Title: Regional Manager
Location: Bangalore
Reports To: NSM
Main Purpose:
- To over achieve sales revenue and market share targets for a specified regional territory, by managing team & promoting products to Surgeons.
- To practice good territory management in terms of organization, administration and expense planning and control.
- To ensure that the company’s agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact.
Experience and Knowledge:
- A minimum 12-15.years sales experience and solid clinical background
- 5-6 years in Healthcare (at least 2-3 years in Medical Devices preferably)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
Key Performance Indicators
- Exceed sales budget
- Drive profitability…. Expenses within division budget .
- Achieve/increase sales call objectives
- Increase recognition/reputation with customer
- Achieve objectives – sales, call, education, etc.
