Job description

- The Regional Sales Manager - West would be responsible for all sales activities particularly Government Sales, in West India. The Sales Manager would be responsible for executing on agreed monthly sales plans. The role would involve developing a prospect funnel by working closely with direct and indirect sales team, qualifying prospects and directing appropriate resources for demos, negotiation and sales closure, collection and post-sales audits to ensure customer satisfaction.

Desired Skills and Experience

- MANDATORY- Work Experience: 7- 10 years as Sales Specialist/ Manager in the Medical Equipment / Capital Equipment Industry

- Experience in Government Sales would be preferable

- Experience in selling Imaging equipment/oncology/ radiologyequipment would be highly preferred

- Quick learner of new technologies

- Those from med-tech industry must demonstrate reasonable clinical knowledge

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, knowledge of local language is mandatory

- Open to rapidly changing, fast paced environment

- Healthcare industry professionals must have established relationships with key decision-makers in Hospitals

Other:

- Someone already based out of West would be ideal

- Medical Equipment sales of High-value is preferred

- CTC would depend on the candidate - may be between 10– 16 LPA (fixed) plus Sales Incentives
