We have an urgent opening with us as Regional Manager-West for our upcoming Express Business on Pan India basis.

Job Description:

- Regional sales development and management though a team of BDM and Sales heads (CRM) across West Indian Territory

- Achievement of assigned targets as per the budgeted product mix

- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Should Keep the morale of the team high at all times

- Must have Proven track record of team building, Will be involved in Team Recruitment and responsible for development of a winning team.

- Must be Well Organized in approach and have Good analytical skills.

- Should be disciplined, fully committed and be able to cope under pressure

- Must Lead by example and will be responsible for overall business development of the region and exceed targets

- Should be a creative thinker

- Will have to do regular market study and analysis and understand and communicate the trends

- Ensure that the work activities of sales department is logged in written form.

Desired Skill:-Should have good communication skill and presentable.Can work under pressure to meet our organization requisition.

Salary:- As per industry norms

Qualification: - Graduation

Experience- 8+ yr
