EXPERIENCE : 10+ years of professional experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or relevant consulting for an enterprise-scale company with 7+ years experience in leading 20 to 25 members team of analytic professionals across the functions of Data Analysis, ML modeling, Data Engineering

Role Summary :

The role demands bringing strategic thought-leadership and analytical rigor to our Analytics practice, as well as providing Mentoring, team building, and roadmap building for evolving the analytics maturity level of our Payment Integrity analytics. We operate with revenue targets ($150M in 2022 and $500M by 2025) driven by pattern mining and predictive modeling.

Eligibility Requirements :

- SQL Intermediate to Advanced]

- Python, Pyspark basic to intermediate

- Applied ML Experience

- Understanding of how analytics is used in decision making in one or more industries (e-Commerce, Retail, Software, Tech, COG, etc.) and functional areas (marketing, customer analytics, and insights, product, operations, etc.)

- Strong understanding and ability to interpret analytics solutions/models. Prescribe suitable solutions with an understanding in limitations of toolsets and available data

- Experience in managing the procurement of data from various sources and perform data audits

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Experience in solutioning and identifying new initiatives and problem statements for the team
