RSB Technologies - Senior Manager/AVP - Accounts - CA/ICWA

Job Description

- Spearheading the Accounts & Finance Function, The AVP will be acting as the Evangelist for the organization into all Financial Matters.

- Handling various responsibilities relating to Corporate Finance, Devices Operations and Revenue accounting.

- Maintaining proper books of accounts: Monthly Book Keeping & Closing. (Fund Flow, Cash flow, Variance Analysis, etc).

- Overview and analysis of various MIS including Costs and Budgets with Profitability and Variance Analysis.

- Consolidation & finalization of company accounts ensuring reliability and accuracy as per Indian Accounting Standards.

- Ensuring existence and effectiveness of appropriate and adequate internal controls.

- Finalize management reports of company for top management.

- Taxation Management- Direct as well as Indirect Taxation. Ensure filing of corporate income tax return, transfer pricing return and TDS returns and their timely assessment.

- Ensure compliance under service tax act, PF, ESIC for return and assessment.

- Ensure secretarial compliance.

- Financial Budgeting, Planning & Control- Preparing Long- term and Short-term plans. Participating in top management meetings for evolving group strategies and future business projections.

- Liaison with statutory, tax & internal auditor, external tax advisers and due diligence team.

- Hedging of Foreign Inward Remittances, Setting up of Limits, Providing Bank Guarantees, handling Day to Day Bank operations etc.

Requirements:

- Looking for candidates with similar background.

- Incumbent from BPO/ KPO/ ITES/ IT Industry would be preferred.

- Only Delhi/ NCR Based candidates are requested to apply.

- The incumbent shall be open for Night shift.

Qualification: CA / ICWA ( Must have 8 Years Post Qualification experience)

- The incumbent shall be currently designated at Manager/ Sr. Manager-Accounts Role.
