We are looking for a Senior Manager for our Learning and Development team with hands-on experience in designing and delivering Leadership training programs.
Position Summary :
The role-holder is responsible for the design and implementation of the behavioral skills and the leadership development framework and interventions for the leadership/leadership pipeline development at various levels across the organization. It would involve the following:
- Design of relevant leadership frameworks/tools and project plans.
- Diagnose and develop effective training interventions around the framework.
- Content development
- Execution and training delivery.
- Evaluate the impact of training, the efficacy of training interventions and methodologies used on an ongoing basis.
- Bring in the contemporary methodology mix in learning and create a culture around leadership development.
Experience: 7 to 10 years of work experience, of which at least 4 years managing training function/team
Essential Qualifications :
MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management from an institution of repute
Certification programs in facilitation / instruction design
Knowledge of Psychometric tools is an added advantage
Responsibility :
- Support in the design of leadership development framework
- Design leadership/leadership pipeline interventions at various level
- Program manage the execution of interventions to be rolled out across the organization
- Evaluate the impact of training, the efficacy of the training interventions and methodologies used on an ongoing basis
- Bring in the contemporary methodology mix in learning and create a culture around behavioral skills and leadership development
