Roles and responsibilities
- To assist onshore Capital Modeling team for the preparation/analysis of internal model operations across the business including Solvency II.
Opportunities to work closely with onshore actuaries at various stages of Capital Modeling operations which includes data prep, risk parameterization, sensitivity runs, reconciliations and documentations.
- Coordinates with regional actuarial analyst/managers to process data from various sources and compares variations in data and report abnormalities therein
- Documentation of the work where required such as documentation relating to the rationale for uses of the model and associated audit trail.
- Handles client ad-hoc requests and performs work with little assistance.
- Provides results in the expected format to the actuarial team.
- Reviews results for accuracy and saves information in appropriate folder
- Contacts client for clarifications or other queries via e-mail or telephone.
- Follows all procedures of the deliverable.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Actuarial domain
Good exposure in Insurance.
Appetite towards learning and possess excellent analytical thinking, Knowledge of basic Insurance terminology.
Good written and oral communication.
Have good knowledge on P&C insurance business
