Key Role Deliverable:

1. Collaborate with marketing teams (Product, Marketing, Campaign, Creative, Social and Digital) to identify insights needs, plan appropriate solutions and deliver actionable inputs. Both strategic and tactical.

2. Find, collate and evaluate relevant information and data from across the Ayurveda/FMCG industries, the technology market / competitors and the D2C/Marketplaces landscape to support the development of marketing and product strategy, the development of successful campaigns and the evaluation of marketing performance.

3. Design, execute, analyse and present primary and secondary market research projects (Qualitative, Quantitative, offline, online, ad hoc, longitudinal, co-creation, workshops etc.)

4. Analyze the data arising out of the research exercise, syndicated data and generate brand insights and actionable

5. Evaluate the current portfolio of brands on a periodic basis and identify improvement opportunities and areas to optimize the portfolio basis the findings.

6. Focus on making efficient use of insights in identifying long-term and short-term plans. Ideate with the marketing team on communication strategy, brand mix development, and deployment.

7. Anticipating and identifying consumer insight information needs in collaboration with internal business partners and proactively based on knowledge of market and products.

8. Participate in discussion with brand and product development team to understand new product brief and review the product testing undertaken by the team.

9. Manage a wide range of qualitative and quantitative studies across brands. Ensure and recommend appropriate market research methodology for the study.

10. Suggest appropriate study design and sampling design for market research. Design and conducting of all primary consumer research/insight for all brands.

11. Proactively provide market and consumer insight to support the marketing team with recommendations based on primary and secondary market research studies.

Education & Relevant Work Experience:

MBA in marketing from Tier I/II Top Management Institute with 4-7 years of relevant experience in FMCG/D2C business/Consulting.
