RPO Recruitment Specialist - Technology

Flex-I Partners is a 10 year old Executive Search firm focusing on Mid and Senior Management searches with offices in India, UAE, Qatar and Oman.

We also have a division taking care of Recruitment Process Outsourcing. ( RPO) . For a Bangalore based client into technology space, we are looking out for an RPO specialist.

The Person :

3-6 years of experience

Must be from recruitment with exposure to RPO models

The Role :

The client has more than 100 requirements to be filled with in a limited span of time. You would be based in the client office and be;

Responsible to manage the day-to-day recruitment .

Liaison between various business managers/hiring managers to ;

- Understand JD's,

- Take feedback on CVs,

- Schedule Interviews

- Take feedback post interviews

- Bridge any gap between expectation and profile availability.

Coordinate with 3-4 recruiters in the back-end on sourcing and recruiting.

Ensure internal references from client employees are generated and attended to.

Track the Client's internal database of applications.

Recruitment reporting & Information system analysis.

We are looking at a candidate based in Bangalore and is immediately available to start.

Salary range - 6-10 LPA
