RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group - Senior Manager - Research & Development - Ayurveda Vertical (10-14 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Product development of Ayurveda products in pills, tablets, capsules, granules, Ointments, paste forms
- Running clinical for claim substantiation
- Verifying the claims on the product and creating dossiers
- As a part of NPD, create Specs, Tech transfer documents, Analytical specs
- Set up a R&D lab for Ayurveda NPD
Work experience:
- Must have worked in Ayurveda company (1st Priority) in leadership role
- Must have handled Product development for Ayurvedic products which includes, Pills, Tablets, Capsules, medicated oils, Lotions etc..
- Must be conversant with various manufacturing processes for different formats
- Must be conversant with claim management process and Must have done at least one clinical in his career.
- Must have knowledge of packaging formats
- Must be conversant with category commercials such as Typical RM, PM, Yields.
- Must have a network of manufacturers for sourcing of various products wherever required
- Must be conversant with Ayurveda regulatory and FSSAI Rules
- Must have handled team
