RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group - R&D Manager - Bakery

- Must have worked in FMCG company such as large manufacturer of Biscuit, Cookies, Rusks, Cakes, Crackers etc..

- Must have worked in established R&D set up of large FMCG companies.

- Must have handled Product development for Bakery.

- Must know the science behind baking and its impact on sensorial.

- Must be conversant with NPD process

- Must have launched Innovative new products in market in recent past

- Must be conversant with bakery commercials

- Must have exposure to Quality assurance / control aspect of Bakery segment (Not must)

Desired Candidate Profile

- Min 6yrs Experience in established in R&D set-up
