Qualification: BTech (NIT/IIT)&nbsp; - Must have experience as Maintenance Manager/other managerial role (preferably snacks)&nbsp; - Must have experience in Planning Maintenance Operations&nbsp; - Must have working knowledge of facilities machines &amp; equipment.&nbsp; - Must have strong understanding of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical &amp; Automation systems.&nbsp; Responsibilities : - Develop maintenance procedures (SOP- s) and ensure implementation at 3P units Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues&nbsp; - Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities at 3P units Monitor spare inventory and place orders when necessary&nbsp; - Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance; Manage relationships with contractors and service providers Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities - For 3P units Lead all Capex projects for plant ; Responsible for GIL CAPEX and OPEX for 3P plant Requirements&nbsp; - Proven experience as maintenance manager or other managerial role (preferably with Snacks background from ITC / Pepsico)&nbsp; - Experience in planning maintenance operations; Solid understanding of technical aspects of civil, mechanical, electrical, automation systems etc. Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment&nbsp; - Ability to keep track of and report on activity Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
