RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group - Assistant Manager - Research & Development - RTC/RTE

- Must have worked in established R&D set up of large FMCG companies.

- Must be B.Tech /M.Tech in Food Technologist

- Must have handled Product development in categories like

a. RTE/ RTC

b. Noodles

- Must be conversant with NPD process and thorough knowledge on RMs

- Must have launched Innovative new products in market in recent past

- Must be conversant with commercials

- Exposure to Quality assurance / control aspect of food segment (Not must)

- Must be conversant with FSSAI Rules and regulations
