The role will be to support the Strategy & acquisition Team in all the strategic initiatives , M&A opportunities , business analytics and development for enabling and facilitating Group level decisions. JOB DESCRIPTION: - Deal with strategic initiatives in the Group - Analyse the business performance of the Group companies - Articulate and assist in strategies for business development of Group companies - Business Analysis and Financial Modelling - Prepare Group business MIS - Assist in developing, establishing and implementing the M&A strategy of the Group. - The diligence and analysis of new M& A opportunities - Facilitate in strategic decision making at Group Level for various businesses of the Group - Help in review of performance of Group Companies KEY REQUIREMENTS: - High analytical ability - Written & verbal communication ability - Sound domain Knowledge - Presentation skills - Interpersonal Skill & ability to work in teams - Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office - MBA from a premier management institute from India or abroad or from top colleges like to LSR, St.Stephen's etc - Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience of working in a Conglomerate /large organization in the areas of Strategy , M&A , Business Planning , Executive Assistant etc Compensation will be at par with industry standards and shall not be a constraint for deserving candidates
