TRADEMARKETING LEAD
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Brand Promotion:
- Create and implement trade marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and product visibility within the trade channels.
- Develop and execute impactful Point of Sale (POS) materials and merchandising solutions.
Retailer Engagement:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align trade marketing initiatives with retailer requirements and objectives.
Promotional Programs:
- Design and implement effective promotional programs, incentives, and trade promotions to drive sales.
- Analyze the performance of promotional activities and recommend adjustments for optimization.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences within the trade channels.
- Utilize insights to inform and refine trade marketing strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment of trade marketing activities with overall business goals.
Resource Management:
- Optimize the allocation of resources, including budgets and personnel, to support effective trade marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and control trade marketing expenditures within the allocated budget.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the quality and consistency of brand messaging and materials within the trade channels.
- Implement measures to monitor and enhance the execution of trade marketing activities.
Performance Measurement:
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for trade marketing initiatives.
- Regularly analyze and report on the performance of trade marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in trade marketing, brand management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with retail and distribution channels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
