Platform Management:
- Oversee and manage the organization's presence on e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, marketplace channels).
- Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize SEO, SEM, and other online advertising strategies.
Product Presentation:
- Optimize product listings, images, and descriptions for maximum visibility and appeal.
- Implement merchandising strategies to showcase products effectively.
Conversion Optimization:
- Analyze website analytics and user behavior to identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization.
- Implement A/B testing and other strategies to improve the overall conversion funnel.
Customer Experience:
- Monitor and enhance the end-to-end customer journey on the e-commerce platform.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms and address issues promptly.
Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate product availability and timely order fulfillment.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with IT, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination.
- Collaborate with product teams to introduce new products and features.
Analytics and Reporting:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
