Royal Enfield - Claims Manager

Claims Manager (AMC & EW):

Review and approve AMC & EW claims within defined SLA

Provide claims report on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Follow up with the Retail team for timely uploading of claims and finance team for credit/debit of claims.

Provide training to dealer staff and Retail team

Assist with processing returns and claims

Perform regular on site audit of replaced parts

Reconciliation of claim vs credit notes

Assist in scrapping of replaced parts

Qualifications

Designation: Assistant Manager

B Tech Mechanical / Automobile

Minimum 3 years experience in Automotive industry

Strong communication skills

Strong presentation and analytic skills
