Role Description :
Royal Brothers is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Team Lead.
- The Inside Sales Team Lead will work on-site in Bengaluru and will be responsible for managing the team's day-to-day activities, ensuring targets are met, and creating a healthy work environment.
- The candidate will also work with the direct sales team to ensure Sales target and customer satisfaction are met.
Job description:
- Inside Sales, conversion of potential lead and Customer Service
- Overseeing and assessing inside sales staff activities and providing them with regular performance improvement-related feedback
- Handling a team of 20+ members
- Ability to manage priorities and meet targets on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of inside sales team
- Provides coaching and guidance for performance improvement and development; directs and oversees the training of new representatives
- Create and share reports to the Manager on a daily, weekly, monthly and Quarterly basis.
- Plan the month/week as per the target and roster the staff accordingly
Requirements :
- Candidate needs to have a minimum of 4 years of overall experience out of which 2 years of experience as a sales team leader on paper is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's/Masters degree
- Ready to work in rotational shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Experience in the bike rental industry is a plus
