Sr. Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Business Development Manager to lead our company's efforts in identifying opportunities for expansion and implementing strategies to drive business growth.

What you'll do:
- Develop go-to-market plans for identified expansion opportunities, including marketing, sales, and distribution strategies.
- Analyse existing market trends and identify potential new markets for our products or services.
- Ready to travel across cities to observe the market for expansion.
- To initiate and maintain relationship with existing and new partners.
- Should possess excellent business acumen and need to master negotiations across all channels of stakeholders.
- Building and owning growth strategy for new and returning customers.
- Defining a channel and segment strategy for customer acquisition
- Execution of the Growth Plan with the help of your team and other relevant stakeholders.
- Identify customer needs, provide high-level strategic input, and influence the enhancement of existing products and features.
- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships, alliances, and relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
- Work closely with internal teams to design, execute, and iterate on growth initiatives.
- Develop and prioritize strategies, product initiatives, and programs.
- Partner with a world-class team to identify and deliver growth opportunities through the analysis of engagement patterns and trends.
- Identify key focus metrics for boosting company growth (acquisition, activation, engagement, etc.).
- Strategic Partnership in new potential areas for market growth, and existing markets for scaling and expansion.
Qualifications:
- Should poses a strong background in sales and business growth roles in B2B and B2C Environment.
- To come with a robust network and a proven ability to forge new connections, you will be adept at cultivating strategic alliances and partnerships with other companies, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative ecosystem.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or any related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in business development, strategic planning, or expansion management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and lead teams effectively.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
