Royal Brothers - Organic Marketing Manager - SEO

Role Overview :

- The role is highly result oriented where you will be responsible for strategizing and helping Royal Brothers reach their next 10 million customers.

- You will be responsible for the entire organic marketing strategy and drive the growth of the company in organic channels.

- You will learn about all aspects of running marketing for a B2C brand, solving all the challenges that we encounter along the way.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for increasing organic traffic on the website

- Responsible for SEO rankings for all our business keywords

- Responsible for creating a content marketing strategy and executing it through the organic marketing team and drive traffic through blogs and guest posting

- Create, optimize, and manage content across various platforms including websites, email, WhatsApp, etc.

- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms, and provide actionable insights to improve organic search rankings and user experience

- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in organic marketing and SEO, and implement strategies accordingly

- Responsible to strategize and implement increase of Domain Authority

- Strategize and execute thought leadership

- Strategize and execute employer branding

Qualifications:

- 4+ years' experience in organic marketing

- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and SEO tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz)

- Should have driven improvement in SEO rankings in the previous workplace

- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Have the skillset to manage and build a team
