Royal Brothers - Manager - Supply Chain Management

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced supply chain manager to oversee our company's supply chain operations. The supply chain manager will be responsible for optimizing the flow of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high-quality standards.

This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management principles, excellent organizational and leadership abilities, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.

- Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, logistics, and distribution.

- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

VHM OperationsL

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline supply chain operations and enhance productivity.

- Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement and develop actionable strategies accordingly.

- Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet demands while minimizing carrying costs and stockouts.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all supply chain activities.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management, and implement relevant innovations to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and requirements:

- Degree in automobile or mechanical departments

- Proven experience in supply chain management, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and processes, including procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving operational excellence.

- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools for data analysis, forecasting, and process optimization.

- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
