The Senior Copywriter & Editor has the overall responsibility for defining and building voice of the brand across both organic and paid marketing efforts. This will entail developing a deep understanding of the audience and engaging them through consistent, persuasive, and accurate content & copy. What you- ll do: - Write/edit for various internal/external communication pieces, including executive blogs, newsletter articles, ad copy, website copy, brochures, and white papers. - In collaboration with design and marketing, contribute to the development of the brand strategy and communication guidelines, including the voice, tone, content strategy as well as value proposition for both short and long term. - Develop the content roadmap in collaboration with the SEO manager to contribute to growth of acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics on the platform. - Develop market intelligence in the form of competitive analysis and consumer insights. - Assist in managing social media campaigns and actively participate on various social platforms on behalf of the company. - Ensure product copy and content is compliant with brand guidelines and develop a communication strategy to ease and enhance product experience. - Stay current and informed on statistics relevant to the healthcare industry and global wellbeing movement. - Assist internal departments with internal and external communications as required. Who we- re looking for: - Minimum 5-7 years- work experience across content writing, editing and copywriting roles in an advertising agency or a marketing team. - Graduate/postgraduate in English, Marketing, Communications or Journalism. - Exemplary business writing and editing skills across a variety of formats, including online, print, social, etc. - Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.) including leveraging content for social media marketing in both B2B and B2C environments. Understanding of SEO is a bonus. - Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio - Ability to work independently, with team members and other stakeholders, as well as leading a team. - Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. - Strong interest in learning advanced skills across all areas of marketing. - Demonstrated ability to execute efficiently while thinking strategically.
