RoundGlass - Sales Role - Healthcare - Curofy

RoundGlass Curofy is a platform focused to enable a rich social network of doctors and to build a healthcare eco-system around it. Today, it is the only network in the world where doctors have shared more than 5,00,000 patient cases.

The objective of Curofy is to help doctors leverage technology to connect to peers, discuss and seek opinions on medical cases and enhance knowledge. The platform also serves as a medium to engage doctors on various aspects and has become a veritable source of news and latest updates in the medical sphere.

What you'll do:

- Expected to work with Pharma clients and help them design digital campaigns on RoundGlass Curofy platform

- On board new clients from the Pharma industry

- Reach out to new prospective clients to increase the reach of RoundGlass Curofy in the medical Industry

- Conduct market research to analyze competitors and various business models to come up with innovative solutions

Who were looking for:

- Have previous experience in working with HCPs or Pharma Industry

- Ability to create a rapport with prospects and maintain long term relationships with the decision makers

- Demonstrated ability in sales closures

- Strong process orientation and an understanding of sales process and review mechanisms

- Good networking and understanding/knowledge of healthcare Industry

- Should have impeccable communication (verbal, listening, writing) & presentation skills

- Self-starter/self-reliant, Self-motivated, and willing to take up challenges, learn and develop

- Good negotiation skills, competitive and confident approach
