Job Description This is a senior strategic Sales Leader role with end to end P&L responsibility for the region. It entails building the RoundGlass - WellBeing / Wellness business portfolio from scratch and scaling up to the meet the overall organization objective of being the Wellbeing partner by choice for corporate. The B2B City Sales lead would be responsible to conceptualize, build and implement the business strategy for the region and drive towards the fulfillment of objectives through his/her team. Desired Experience - Extensive 10+ years experience in Corporate / B2B Sales environment - Managed P&amp;L for the assigned territory / region - Business forecasting, strategizing and pipeline development across the industries and geography (region). - Demonstrable experience in C-Level selling and C-level relationship development - Managed and led a diverse team - Solution selling experience is a must; experience in selling solutions across wellness / wellbeing / Apps / IT Product Sales is preferred. - Strong Customer (Corporate) Acquisition skills with a very high ability to forge relationships with decision makers and convert sales pitch in to actionable sales - Demonstrated ability to leverage different channels / forums to create both - visibility for the product and a strong product sales funnel - Proven experience in delivering Out of Box solutions with high execution and customization solutions as per customer needs.
