Round One provides services to jobseekers by connecting them with seniors in their field. Round One offers interview preparation services and a chance to earn job referrals, with more services planned for launch soon. We crowdsource delivery of these services to our network of 50,000+ engaged professionals (representing 86% of the top 500 companies nationwide) in order to deliver effective, scalable, and economical services tailored to josbeekers' areas of interest.

Round One has over 3 million registered users and distributes its products through tie-ups with all major national job portals including Naukri.com, Timesjobs.com, Shine.com, Headhonchos.com and also through its own websites - www.roundone.in and www.interviewpro.in

What You'll Do :

- Meet with leaders in the online recruitment space to partner with Round One

- Pitch Round One's product and service to key strategic partners

- Negotiate on terms and partnership mechanisms with key stakeholders

- Represent the firm at key forums

- Work with the Founder and Tech Head to evaluate strategic opportunities

What you'll need :

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent Powerpoint skills

- Previous experience working with startups / job portals / recruitment / training companies

- Minimum of 2 years work experience in business development

- Bachelors from Top Tier University

Salary Range : 6-9 LPA
