Round One - Product Manager

About Round One :

Run by graduates from INSEAD and IIT, Round One's one-of-a-kind model has been a hit since it was launched a couple years ago. We've got some big deals lined up and an investment on the way so we are looking for bright, energetic, and passionate people to grow both their careers and Round One.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- The Product Manager serves a key role in shaping the Round One website and will work closely with the Founder, Senior Product Manager, Head of technology, and Head of marketing.

- They would be responsible for end to end execution and management of new and existing product features. This will be a cross-functional role, requiring close interaction with product, data, tech as well as marketing team.

The product manager must :

- Develop rich insights on consumer behavior through data analysis

- Use consumer insights to develop ideas for new features and modify existing ones

- Work with a designer and Senior Product Manager to create user flows (wireframes, PRDs, etc) to detail implementation of ideas.

- Follow up and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.

- Lead extensive testing and iterations of final product to ensure optimal user experience.

- They must be passionate about consumer internet and user experience.

Skills Qualifications :

- Engineering and/or MBA from a top tier institute.

- Excellent data analysis and project management skills.

- Knowledge of different technologies used in websites (JQuery, bootstrap, etc)

- Familiarity with algorithms/logic.

- Basic knowledge of SQL.

- Coding not required.

- Must have at least 1 year of work experience in product management for consumer internet companies.

- Strong analytic capabilities. Should be able to track relevant data and use them as inputs in monitoring product / operations.
