Funded by HT Media and other angel investors, Round One is growing fast with over 3 million users and tie-ups with all the leading job portals.

Round One is looking for an extremely driven, passionate and skillful individual to join its product-centric team based out of its Vasant Kunj (Delhi) office, reporting directly to the CEO.

What you would do:

- Identify insights and opportunities - Analyze user and competitor behavior to improve user experience and maximize business impact.

- Product Development Planning - Create and manage a short term, medium term, and long term product development plan

- Project Management - Create detailed functional specifications and wireframes for new product features and flows. Manage internal tech stakeholders to prioritize product requirements

- Design - Work with designers / Create designs to implement product requirements.

Skills required:

Data/Business Analysis

Knowledge of UI/UX/Design best practices

SQL (plus, but not required)

Photoshop (plus, but not required)

Knowledge of Agile Software Development practices
