Round One (www.roundone.in) is a first of its kind recruitment platform that connects jobseekers with company employees so they can interact over the phone and earn job referrals. We aim to create a meritocratic and transparent system which levels the playing field by removing the need for contacts. Funded by HT Media and other angel investors, Round One is growing fast and will be expanding internationally.

WHAT YOU'LL DO-

- Create content to engage jobseekers and referrers on several mediums including email, social media, websites, blogs, and more

- Work with a designer to create informative and simple content

- Work with the Operations team and Tech team to oversea deployment of your content

- Collect and analyze data related to content, and use it to improve

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR-

- 2+ years experience content writing

- Excellent grammar and written skills

- Exposure to marketing

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work with teams
