We are scaling up fast as we enter more B2B partnerships, and need energetic people to work with us at all levels. We are based in South Delhi.

Job Role :

- Advise clients on techniques to make them more attractive in the job market

- Provide detailed written and verbal feedback to clients on how they can be better at job interviews

- Work closely with the rest of the operations team to coordinate with all stakeholders.

Skills required :

- Experience in talent acquisition. Must have conducted 100+ candidate interviews

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills

- Analytical and data-based approach to problem-solving

- Organized planner and a good team player

- Ideal candidate should have an HR MBA from top-tier business school
