Job Title : Sales Head (B2C) - Centre Head Sales

Position Overview : We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Head (B2C) to lead our Centre Head Sales team at Rotomaker India. As a Sales Head, you will be responsible for driving retail and B2C sales for our animation and VFX department, and will play a key role in driving the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage the sales team and ensure they meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies as necessary
- Prepare and present sales reports to upper management
Qualifications :
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the animation and VFX industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree/P.G in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
