Rossari Biotech - Integration Team Member (Mergers & Acquisitions)

Handle Mergers and Acquisitions :

- To enable the Integration of all Rossari companies. The role holder will then transition to business/functional role

- To facilitate cross-functional integration efforts while ensuring acquisition targets meet/exceed their commercial objectives while maximizing value for Rossari as a whole

- To work closely with external and internal stakeholders to coordinate the development and execution of integration plans

- Partner with external consultants and internal integration leads across different functions to define synergies & integration objectives

- Document detailed integration plan for assigned functions with milestones, timelines, resources and costs required to achieve deal specific value and synergies

- Execute on integration milestones

- Develop and measure specific key value drivers and leading indicators throughout the integration/transition period to measure success of the integration

- Present regular integration updates with defined cadence and ensure Rossari leadership team is informed of critical issues/risks

Candidate specification :

- Exceptional project management skills with demonstrated capability to deliver complex environments

- Excellent interpersonal & facilitation skills; Ability to establish rapport and effective relationships, while driving accountability for shared results

- Ability to build and sustain strong relationships at multiple levels with internal and internally and external stakeholders; high emotional intelligence

- Should possess Strong business acumen, high level of operational focus and rigor and have a process orientation

- Ability to influence areas of the business that are not under direct control
