Job Purpose : Responsible for complete Supply Chain function of Rossari Group of companies (Except procurement)

Key Responsibilities :

1) Lead Supply Chain Management team activities & ensure smooth operations across a 24x6 schedule

2) Oversee management of the inventory planning team by translating the forward-looking sales forecast & Orders on hand into a production plan and capacity utilization.

3) Ensure OTIF > 95%

4) Resolve operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g., order status, returns, and deliveries, invoicing, pricing issues etc)

5) Manage inventory tracking system to record orders, billing, deliveries, shipments and stock levels

6) Forecast and plan the level of the inventories periodically and anticipate issues in advance

7) Maintain optimum inventory levels

8) Manage the Outward logistics and ensure optimum service levels at competitive cost

9) Analyze supply chain data and performance

10) Supervise and train employees

Educational details / Skill Sets :

1) Engineer with MBA Operations from a reputed institute with experience in managing the Supply Chain activities independently preferably from a chemical industry, definitely from a manufacturing company

2) Team Management skills

3) Excellent analytical skills

4) Exposure to ERP/SAP desirable
