Responsibilities: - Optimizing content and information architecture of the web and mobile landing pages. - Creating ad copy and design with the graphic designer to ensure attrative online and offline ad campaigns. - A/B testing of all important web communication with a strong focus on CTA optimization. - Getting testimonial content created around travel and luxury holidays. - Content support for any/ all collaterals for retail and corporate sales. - Ideating/ brainstorming for all brand marketing initiatives. The qualities we value : - You have created ad campaigns that have worked well - both for web and print. - You are perceptive towards the customer psyche and know how to tailor content to a particular segment for maximum efficacy as a good understanding of the target audience precedes communication. - You have flawless grammar, syntax, and punctuation and can construct concise and powerful sentences. - Great copy and punchlines inspire you. You notice it on TV ads, on websites, on the packaging of goods you purchase, and even on billboards when you are stuck in traffic. - You are very particular about meeting deadlines and edit your and your team's workflow accordingly. - You analyze how well all your communication efforts are faring and you are not afraid to tweak a campaign or learn from what did not work.
