Supervision of Accounts Team

- Ensuring periodical updating of financial data in the Computerized System (ERP & Tally).

- Providing the required periodical MIS to the Management.

- Treasury & Cash Flow Management.

- Monitoring of periodical compliances with (statutory remittances like PF, Profession tax, TDS, GST, Income Tax / Wealth Tax, etc.).

- Co-ordination of financial related issues within the other departments of the organization like Legal Team, Marketing Department, Directors, etc.

- Co-ordination with Auditors.

Required Candidate profile :

Education: CA is Mandatory

Experience: Candidate must have a minimum of 7 years in Real estate or hotel industry post-qualification

CTC: 15-25LPA

Age: Preferably between 35 to 45

Candidates from Bangalore location is Preferred

- Good Communication Skills and Proficient in Computer Applications - especially MS Excel, ERP & Tally.
