CTC: 8 to 12 LPA
Qualification: MBA from a premier institute
Work Experience:
a) Prior experience in a similar role is an added value.
b) Preferably 2-5 yrs. work experience in a similar role.
Age Below 35 yrs.
The candidate should be an ambitious, forward thinking and tech-savvy executive who views this position as a stepping stone to a larger role in the organisation within the first two years of the assignment. The requisite skills are as mentioned below:

- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Eye for detail
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent understanding and hands-on experience in MS Office
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing CEO's Office:
- Acting as the single point of contact for Stake Holders, Clients both internal and external
- Calendar & Travel
- Prepare expense report
- Prepare minutes of meetings
Business Intelligence and Administration:
- Call Management
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Financial forecasts & Expense reports
- Review reports and/or any communications sent to CEO's office to summarize information for his action
- Communication Internal & External & presentations
- Documentation Management
- In charge of marketing collateral, update and ensure the right collateral to be used by the Sales and Marketing team
- Track and update TRACE to assign/review progress report of HOD's & Projects, highlight critical areas that needs immediate attention and ensure release of project documents complete in all aspects
- Projects to track updates and forecast/highlight any critical areas that need immediate attention
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time
