We function in three troupes; Beautiful coders, Fashion geeks and Mad ad-men.   Job Responsibilities :-   - Overseeing monthly accounting and internal audit activities  - Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances  - Managing legal and compliance activities  - Preparing investor metrics and participating in building investor presentations  - Setting up financial systems and processes  - Managing internal and external auditors  - Overseeing all vendor payments & track working capital closely  Requirement :  - Proven working experience as a Financial controller  - 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience  - CA/CS Background with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures  - Experience with creating financial statements  - Experience with general ledger functions and the month end/year end close process  - Being flexible and willing to work long hours   - Good Analytical skills with strong verbal and written communication  Salary Range: 5 - 11 LPA
